Introduction
The profession of a pedagogue is a profession of creative leadership on the path of development, especially of children and youth. On the other hand, the ongoing dispute over education confronts educators with a complicated dilemma of choosing basic values and concerns the answer to the question: should a person be faithful to basic values or should he or she be subject to the current of changes? Should he move towards sources or new perspectives, be faithful to the classics or the avant-garde? For these reasons, in our pedagogy, students will seek the answer to the question - why? Because only then can you live and bring up meaningfully. In addition, care and educational pedagogy will allow you to learn about the environmental conditions of the education and upbringing process and the methods of shaping or transforming the educational environment, bearing in mind the good of the individual and taking into account Christian, national and local values.
