MA in Strategic Communication
Professional communication skills have become one of the key aspects of all types of businesses. Students Master's program SS (strategic communication) study with instructors from the US and Europe face challenges that teaches them to build and further develop their skills and theoretical understanding that is required when working in key positions in a wide range of private and public companies and organizations.
The Lifelong Learning program, which lasts 15 months, is designed to study on weekends (two weekends every month) *, and leads to a US master's degree, awarded by La Salle University (Philadelphia, USA, www.lasalle.edu). With its 140-year history include La Salle University is a renowned regional American universities.
* UNYP provides students with the program breaks for snacks
Due to its complex nature, this program covers the main aspects of internal and external communication in organizations:
- persuasion
- PR campaign
- Integrated marketing communications
- Management Sales Support
Students who are currently studying this subject, come from more than half a dozen different countries. Age previous students ranged from 20 to 50 years, and these students come from different working backgrounds, including journalism, marketing, PR, diplomacy, education and others.

Course Content
The first two years of the study program are foundational and give key background related to communication and media studies, including courses connected to the areas of media effects, culture, history of media, political economy, linguistics, and cognitive psychology.
Upper-level classes focus more directly on digital media elements and serve to explore artistic approaches to new media.

Program Outcome
Digital Media Arts graduates will gain a sound foundation in the social sciences. This interdisciplinary approach will provide students with a professional and comprehensive view of communication and media issues in an international context, as well as develop real-world skills with digital media using a range of tools, technologies, and techniques.
Digital Media Arts graduates will:
- Gain a solid base in the theory and technology skills required for professional careers in the digital media industries
- Learn the critical thinking, creative, analytical, and technical skills necessary to become empowered as problem-solvers and innovators in the field of digital media
- Acquire foundations in media technologies, a creative background in the arts, and an understanding of media effects on society, to ensure innovative approaches with ethical sensibilities
- Develop well-rounded communication skills, and increased awareness of and sensitivity to the ways in which media shapes culture
