Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Accounting and Financial Management (Top-up degree) (NCR# 251761)
This Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) in Accounting and Financial Management programme is designed to allow the key areas of accounting and financial management to be integrated within a business context. You will be encouraged to evaluate the ways that module ideas can be used to improve your understanding of the financial management of the business and the role of the manager as on who is responsible for financial resources. The bachelor’s programme also generates integrative ways of looking at work problems.
The final year top-up degree can be studied as a stand-alone programme for those who already have a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business, which contains elements of accounting and finance.

- Upon the successful completion of this bachelor’s degree programme in Hong Kong, Graduates in Hong Kong will achieve the same awards and certificate of the degree programme in the UK main campus

Mode of Study
- This degree can be completed in a minimum of 9 months.
- Part-time tuition includes 24 hours of online lectures and 12 hours of face-to-face tutorials per 20-credit module.
- The tutorial schedule is designed to suit busy professionals who work and study at the same time.
Entry Requirements
- Holder of a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business (Accounting); OR
- Applicants who are holders of Higher Diploma/Associate Degree in Accounting or equivalent are considered on a case by case basis; AND
- English proficiency of IELTS 6.0; GCSE Grade C or equivalent.
- Other students without the above qualification are considered on a case by case basis or can enter the final year top-up programme via HND pathways.
Candidates whose first language is English or whose previous verified qualification was taught and assessed in English are exempted from the aforementioned English Language requirement.
