Curriculum
practical training
- From the first day, you will do an internship in a radio studio, on a television set or in the editing rooms of the university where you will learn to function in a real environment, similar to the one you will find in any communication medium.
- You will attend conferences and round tables, given by active journalists such as Vicente Vallés, Ana Pastor, Manolo Lama, Ángel Expósito, Javi Nieves, Juan Ramón Lucas, etc.
- In addition, you will have an annual training trip to a destination of journalistic interest, you will visit companies and the media and you will be able to do an internship in the UFV communication group, Mirada 21, made up of a newspaper, a radio station, a television station, an advertising agency and an audiovisual production company.
Specialization
You will complement the Journalism degree with your own degree to choose between:
- Sports journalism: you will learn about the creation of sports content, narration and locution, event coverage and the emerging discipline of E-Sports.
- Specialized, digital journalism and new business models: you will be trained in new languages, trends, audience measurement, rhetoric, public speaking, social networks and specialized journalism.
Internships in companies
You will carry out internships in companies such as Atresmedia, RTVE, Telecinco, Globomedia, Europa Press, Onda Cero, etc. and you will always have access to the job market. We are the university with the highest employability rate in Journalism with 82% of our graduates working.
