Introduction
It is one of the most vocational degrees of the legal-business faculty. This degree offers multidisciplinary training in which management knowledge is deepened, such as accounting, finance or economics and, on the other hand, in the area of Haute Cuisine, based on the study of Pastry, Traditional French Cuisine and Spanish Cuisine.
The competitive advantage of this degree lies in the fact that gastronomic training is taught by the Le Cordon Bleu school, a school of recognized international prestige present in 34 countries with more than 120 years of history, and whose only headquarters in Spain is located on our campus. Gastronomy + ADE differs from the simple degree in several ways: on the one hand, it is one more year of study (5 years), it is a little more expensive (since it has more credits) and, above all, in academic training. When studying all ADE, to finance, accounting and economics of the simple degree, Marketing, HR and Legislation are added.
In addition, 100% of our former students are working
