Introduction
This department aims to cultivate the basic level of international professional knowledge, service ethics and professional and happy group, as well as potential outstanding hotel management professionals.
In addition to planning to cultivate students with practical operating skills and hotel-related knowledge, the courses of this department are designed to respond to changes in the social environment, with problem-solving skills and familiarity with information application skills.
It also offers optional courses related to restaurant management and management and coordinating the core general education and development of general education. The four major fields (humanities, obligation, nature, and society) provide a variety of elective courses to cultivate students' cultivation of the rule of law, interpersonal relations, environmental protection, humanities and arts, natural sciences and social sciences.
