Introduction
The Bachelor of Food Sciences will have:
-A proper handling of basic elements of mathematics, physics and chemistry, necessary to understand the specific problems of their professional area.
-A solid biological training, oriented to deep knowledge and fluid management of food components, of the biological transformations that affect them and of contaminating and beneficial microorganisms.
-A suitable technological training that enables them to develop new food products and collaborate in the development of food manufacturing processes.
-A solid knowledge of health legislation, added to the rest of his training, allows him to carry out the activities inherent to quality control and food certification.
