The Bachelor of Biology, sometimes called a Bachelor of Biological Science, is a bachelor’s degree in biology and life science.
This four-year degree includes a general study of areas of life science like microbiology, ecology, and biochemistry. Many programs include concentrations in fields such as microbiology, molecular biology, human biology, and biotechnology.
A Bachelor of Biology program may also incorporate pre-professional programs in areas such as dentistry, optometry, medicine, forestry, pharmacy, and physical therapy.
Many programs incorporate training and practical experience, in the form of research projects, presentations, lab work, and OPT and CPT opportunities, with tuition starting at $24,000 USD per academic year, although partial merit scholarships are available for high performing international students based on IELTS (6.5+) and TOEFL (90+) exam scores as well as CGPA and SAT (1150+) exam scores.Pixabay / Pexels
