Working in college affairs is an exciting and impactful role. With Nova Southeastern University’s Dual Admission program in College Student Affairs, you can save your place in our master’s program as you enroll in your bachelor’s degree so you can get a head start on making a difference for tomorrow’s students.
Where better to learn about student affairs than NSU? Our master’s program focuses on giving you hands-on experience where you can develop your skills and learn about the needs of current and future students. To complete the college student affairs master’s degree, students must complete a total of 130 hours of practicum in a student affairs role. This experiential opportunity allows students to put theory into practice with support or an on-site supervisor.
The College Student Affairs program focuses on training competent professionals who take a humanistic, learner-centered approach to their work as change agents within a university and the larger society. The curriculum explores important topics like student development, diversity, student leadership, judicial affairs, on-campus life, and crisis intervention.
Overview
Dual admission majors are available for qualified freshman and transfer students interested in the growing field of College Student Affairs. Students must complete the bachelor’s degree and all prerequisite coursework before entering the College Student Affairs program. Students who complete their undergraduate degree at NSU and enter the College Student Affairs program are eligible to receive a 20% alumni tuition discount.
The M.S. in College Student Affairs (CSA) prepares students for many professions related to student affairs in college, university, and community settings.

An M.S. in College Student Affairs will prepare you for the expanded roles and responsibilities of student affairs professionals in today's diverse college and university educational environments.
