License commercial pilots wishing to fly aircraft weighing over 5700 kg may wish to pursue an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL). To qualify for an ATPL license, pilots must hold a CPL license, have logged at least 1500 flight hours, and be able to pass the theory exams.
