Summary
"International Management Studies in the Batlic Sea Region (BMS)" is an internationally oriented Bachelor's degree program, which places a special focus on the Baltic Sea Region. The business administration degree, which is exclusively in English, concludes after eight semesters with the academic degree "Bachelor of Arts".
In addition to comprehensive management and methodological skills, the program also teaches social and intercultural competencies. In addition, we attach great importance to a high level of language proficiency. That is why you will be learning a second foreign language in addition to English in the countries bordering the Baltic Sea (Norwegian, Polish, Russian or Swedish). For international students, "German as a foreign language" is mandatory.
During the eight semesters, you will receive the following economics study content:
Until the 4th The semester of the study program focuses on the business and economic contents of international corporate governance. You will also be trained in intercultural thinking and acting - and get to know the historical, political and social development of the Baltic region. In the following two semesters (5. and 6. FIG. Semester) emphasis is placed on the formation of core competences (choice of two main areas of study, so-called Major's electives) in international management, finance and foreign trade, marketing, as well as in taxation and law.

The international orientation of the degree program is geared to the requirements of ever-increasing competition and globalization of the markets. International Management Studies in the Baltic Sea Region (BMS) prepares you optimally for the international job market. In the 4-year course you will learn:
